REPORT COLUMN	DESCRIPTION
Tab 1 (Resources)
Resource ID	Numerical identifier for the Resource.
Resource Name	Name of the Resource.
Resource Type	The FCM Resource Type. Appropriate values are: Generator, Demand and Import.
Resource Subtype	The FCM Resource Subtype, if applicable. Appropriate values are: Generator: Intermittent Demand: RT Emergency Generation Import: Grandfathered
Capacity Zone ID	The numerical identifier of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market.
Capacity Zone Name	The name of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market.
External Interface Name	The name of the External Interface.
Commitment Period	Capacity Commitment Period for which the monthly auction was run. Example: 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13
Auction Name	Obligation Month / Year for which the monthly auction was run. Example: August 2010, February 2011, May 2011
Supply Offer / Demand Bid	The MW amount submitted for a specific Supply Offer or Demand Bid.
Offer / Bid Type	The type of transaction submitted. Valid types are: OFFER, BID
Cleared MW	The total MW cleared for the transaction. Cleared MW with Supply Offer / Demand Bid type = OFFER is reported as a positive value. Cleared MW with Supply Offer / Demand Bid type = BID is reported as a negative value.
Rejected for Reliability Flag	Indicator to identify whether or not the transaction was accepted. Valid types are: Y or Null
Rejection Reason	The reason the transaction was rejected
Clearing Price	The Clearing Price in $/kW-Month for the specific Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for the specific Capacity Zone or External Interface.
Reconfiguration Auction Charge/Credit	The amount in $/Month that the Lead Participant will be credited or charged, calculated as the product of the Cleared MW and the Clearing Price. Charges are reported as negative values.
Tab 2 (Capacity Zone)
Capacity Zone ID	The numerical identifier of the Capacity Zone in which an offer or bid for the Resource cleared in the Monthly Reconfiguration Auction.
Capacity Zone Name	The name of the Capacity Zone in which an offer or bid for the Resource cleared
Capacity Zone Type	The type of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market. Valid types are: Import Export Rest of Pool
Commitment Period	Capacity Commitment Period for which the monthly auction was run. Example: 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13
Auction Name	Obligation Month / Year for which the monthly auction was run. Example: August 2010, February 2011, May 2011
Total Supply Offers Submitted	The total MW offered into the Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for the specific Capacity Zone.
Total Demand Bids Submitted	The total MW bid into the Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for the specific Capacity Zone.
Total Supply Offers Cleared	The total Supply Offers MW cleared in the Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for the specific Capacity Zone.
Total Demand Bids Cleared	The total Demand Bid MW cleared in the Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for the specific Capacity Zone. Total Demand Bids Cleared is reported as a negative value.
Net Capacity Cleared	Represents value in MW derived as the sum of Total Supply Offers Cleared and Total Demand Bids Cleared
Clearing Price	The Clearing Price in $/kW-Month for the specific Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for the specific Capacity Zone.
Tab 3 (External Interface)
External Interface Name	The name of the External Interface.
Capacity Zone ID	The numerical identifier of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market.
Capacity Zone Name	The name of the Capacity Zone to which the Resource is interconnected for the Forward Capacity Market.
External Control Area	The name of the External Control Area.
Commitment Period	Capacity Commitment Period for which the monthly auction was run. Example: 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13
Auction Name	Obligation Month / Year for which the monthly auction was run. Example: August 2010, February 2011, May 2011

Total Supply Offers Cleared	The total Supply Offers MW cleared in the Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for the Control Area.

Total Demand Bids Cleared	The total Demand Bids MW cleared in the Monthly Reconfiguration Auction for the Control Area. Total Demand Bids Cleared is reported as a negative value.
