FCM Hourly Weighting Factor

The ICAP Payments shall calculate the Unforced Capacity using the Weighted EFORd method described in Manual 20 Section 3.5 and Attachment F. The reports below will provide the Hourly Weighting Factors for each hour of each historical Capability Period.
