Annual system peak day, hour, and load as determined through settlement data (rather than operational data). Information is used in establishing a load asset's contribution to the system peak for the Forward Capacity Market.
The Offer Threshold Price is calculated each day for the same Operating Day. It is calculated per Market Rule 1 Section III.13.6.1.2.1(b). The index prices used in the calculation are from IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) and Petroleum Argus.
